Yes, we have a on site priority car park that can be pre-booked online priced at £10 per space. The current early bird rate is £5 per space. Get them whilst the price is cheaper.

We have a full licensed main bar and also small satellite bars around the festival. We have draught and plastic bottles. We also offer a prosecco and gin bar. Please note we conduct a challenge 25 operation.
Yes we do. We accept both cash and card payments at all bars and the front gate.
Camera phones are permitted at the festival, but no professional photography. We encourage you to enjoy your day with us and we understand that taking photographs will provide great momentos of the day.
We ask that you return your tickets to us and we shall refund the face value of the ticket to the card that you used to pay. If tickets are not returned, then no refund will be sanctioned.

The festival is family friendly and available to all. We do recommend that under 5’s wear ear defenders.
There are various catering facilities on site which are listed on the festival Facebook page. Please note that food and drink is not permitted to be brought on site.
As the festival area is a flat bed approach, we expect sightlines to be good from everywhere. However, we will do our utmost to accommodate you. Disabled toilet facilities are also available.
We offer a concession ticket for carers who are accompanying a full paying person with additional needs.
We will do whatever we can to help, however before contacting please check your junk mail. We can generally re-send your confirmation which includes your bar coded tickets.
General Admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved. When purchasing ‘General Admission’ tickets please note that there will be a number on your ticket. This in no way assigns you to a designated seat or area
Yes, you will need to present the credit or debit card used to make your purchase with us.

Yes, under 5’s are free of charge but still require a ticket. All under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Yes, we are a responsible retailer and licensed venue. Bag searches will be conducted on the main gate. Any items that security deem to violate the terms of our festival will not be permitted to enter. This includes food and drink.
