Opportunities

If you’re interested in music and want to volunteer your time to support a local festival, then the Donny Music Festival might be just the opportunity you’ve been looking for! There are a variety of roles available, each one important to ensure the smooth running of the event.

The festival is looking for Car Parking Hosts. As a Car Parking Host, you’ll be responsible for directing drivers to the appropriate parking areas, ensuring that cars are parked safely and efficiently, and helping to manage traffic flow around the festival site. This is an important role, as it helps to ensure that festival-goers have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Another key role at the Donny Music Festival is that of Admissions Hosts. As an Admissions Host, you’ll be responsible for welcoming guests to the festival, checking their tickets or wristbands, and ensuring that they have everything they need to enjoy the event. This role requires a friendly and welcoming personality, as well as good organisational skills and attention to detail.

If you’re interested in helping to make sure that the Donny Music Festival is a great experience for everyone involved, then you might be interested in the role of Guest Experience Host. As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll be responsible for a range of tasks, from litter picking to queue control, lost children to guest issues. This is a varied role that requires a friendly and helpful attitude, as well as the ability to remain calm and focused in potentially stressful situations.

Finally, if you’re interested in getting involved behind the scenes, then you might be interested in the role of Site Set-up and De-rig Volunteer. As a Site Set-up and De-rig Volunteer, you’ll be responsible for helping to set up the festival site before the event, and then ensuring that everything is packed away safely and efficiently once the event is over. This role requires physical fitness and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in wherever help is needed.
